A copy of this book was provided to me by the publisher in exchange for an honest review. I read half of this graphic novel. It was cute; but it didn't capture my interest. The story moved agonizingly slow. I'm not sure kids would like that. I did find many elements, like the monkey, quite charming. However, all in all it just didn't hold my interest and I didn't feel like finishing the story. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it to anyone, perhaps someone who really likes Egypt and adventure stories.
